It was a wonderful weekend of summer concerts for us, with the choir at the top of their game, good audeinces (despite some mixed weather), the presence of the newly appointed Mayor of Lancaster, Margaret Pattison, guest organist Ian Hare and guest director Mavis Fletcher. The evening meal was also a lot of fun, and was finished off nicely by these wonderful cakes prepared by choir member Sarah Walkley.
