Lancaster Singers announce their new accompanists

Following extensive auditions, we are delighted to announce the appointment of our new accompanists - Ian Tate, from Stockport,  and Christopher Brayne, from Kendal.  Sharing the accompanist’s role will afford the Singers great flexibility, and the excellent musicianship and skills of Ian (mainly piano) and Chris (mainly organ) will complement each other superbly. Simon Brett has also agreed to accompany us if the need should arise.

Everyone in the Lancaster Singers extends a very warm welcome to Ian, Chris and Simon. We look forward to some rewarding and satisfying music-making!
